Title: “Tangled Pulses of the Mind”

Technical analysis: The artwork draws heavily on the techniques of abstract expressionism, evoking the emotional depth found in the works of Francis Bacon and the energy of Jackson Pollock. The bold swirls of dark black and deep purple bring to mind Bacon’s raw and unsettling emotional tones, while the sharp, erratic streaks of vibrant red and magenta mimic the explosive chaos in Pollock’s drip paintings. The fluid, almost viscous texture of the black brushstrokes adds a sense of organic movement, as though each color is alive and dynamic. The high contrast between the white and black elements amplifies the dramatic intensity of the image, creating an oscillation between calm and turbulence that mirrors the human psyche’s perpetual dance between light and darkness.
